Where the numbers
come from
Across four cohorts running through 2024, Bolkarim tracked three observable outcomes: participants who completed all assignments, those who applied at least one technique to a live site within 60 days, and those who returned for a second workshop.
These figures are drawn from participant records and post-workshop follow-up surveys. They reflect what happened, not targets or projections.

what changed and why
Bolkarim began as a single workshop format in Sumy in 2022. The curriculum focused on technical SEO fundamentals — crawl structure, metadata, internal linking — delivered through step-by-step assignments rather than lecture slides.
Demand from participants in Kharkiv, Lviv, and Dnipro prompted the decision to move the programme fully online. The live format was preserved: instructors review submitted assignments in real time and participants work on actual websites rather than simulated environments.
The nationwide rollout introduces three updated modules:
- Content gap analysis using Ahrefs and manual SERP review — participants receive a site brief and must produce a prioritised gap report within the session
- Page-level optimisation with structured measurement — participants set a baseline using Google Search Console before editing, then track changes over a defined period
- Collaborative link prospecting — small groups assess link opportunities against a shared rubric, debate decisions, and submit a joint outreach shortlist
Workshops run in cohorts of 14 participants maximum. Scheduling follows regional time zones, with sessions available from Kyiv time and accommodating Lviv and eastern regions within a single cohort where possible.
Registration is open at bolkarim.com. Participants need a working website — any niche — and basic familiarity with Google Analytics or Search Console. No prior SEO knowledge is required.
