5.3 User-Submitted Content

9.3 Service Availability
We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time without prior notice.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bolkarim and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms exceed the total amount you paid to Bolkarim in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.3 Effect of Termination
